• PCB Assembly & Bring-Up: We manage the assembly of your prototype PCBs and perform the critical initial power-on and “bring-up,” systematically verifying that all parts of the circuit are functioning correctly.
• System Integration: We integrate the assembled electronics with mechanical enclosures, displays, sensors, and other components. We then load the firmware and software to create a fully integrated, functional prototype.
• Rapid Iteration: Prototyping is an iterative process. We use techniques like 3D printing and quick-turn PCB fabrication to rapidly build and test new ideas, allowing for quick design cycles and continuous improvement.
• Functional Testing: We develop and execute test plans to put prototypes through their paces, verifying that they meet the key requirements and identifying areas for improvement in the next design revision.
